Viva sport!!!

Walking does help you to reduce the stress and feel relaxing, especially where there are lots of trees. It's one of my secrets to keep my mindset on positive thinking doesn't matter how hard the situation is <3 <3 <3 What is your tip to reduce stress? xxx Hanna

Voor mijn ervaring is moeder zijn een van de mooiste taken, maar het is ook een van de moeilijkste werken die veel geduld vereisen. Ondanks dat ik erg moe ben van 3,4 keer elke nacht wakker worden en veel schoonmaken voor de huisbezoeken, vind ik nog steed veel geweldige momenten met mijn baby. Om balans te houden en stress te verminderen, loop ik veel met mijn baby buiten, zoveel als ik kan. Lopend voel je ontspannend, vooral in de natuur <3
